What currency are the prices that I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.

Will I be charged tax?

It depends on the address of the person receiving the item. We charge the sales tax as required by law based on the shipping destination. We'll only collect tax amounts required by law, which may include both merchandise and other services. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders are processed in the order they are received and usually take 3-5 business days to process before they ship (this does not include weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure).  Transit times vary depending on the where packages are being delivered to. All orders placed after 2:00 PM CST Mon - Fri will process the following business day.

How long does shipping take?
The average standard shipping time is 7-14 business days.

I live outside the United States. Can I still place an order?

Yes! We ship orders outside the United States via the USPS and DHL.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our return system to get a full refund.

Do you accept returns?

We will gladly issue a store credit for your purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, on new and unused merchandise returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Any product containing tea cannot be returned due to it being a consumable product. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 How can I check my order status?

You may check your order status in any of the following ways: Log in to your account by clicking "MY ACCOUNT" in the header of our website, then click on an order number. Refer to your shipping confirmation email for information about how to track your order

How does the subscription program work?

You can sign up for recurring deliveries of select products, saving you the time and effort of logging on to place each order individually. The items you subscribe to will be delivered to your door at the interval you select. You can manage your subscriptions online, including modifying your orders.

Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?

No. KrisTeas uses a variety of carrier services to deliver packages, including UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. The choice of carrier is determined by the level of service selected, destination, and the size of your order. We will select the best carrier to keep the shipping charges as low as possible while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Once your order ships, the ship date, delivery method and other tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

How do I use a special offer/discount code?

From time to time we may offer special discounts or promotions through unique promo codes. If you have a promo code, simply enter it during checkout. Your special offer/discount will be applied to your purchase. Please note that special offer/discount codes cannot be combined with other special offers or discount codes (only one per order). 

When available, what are the terms and conditions of Free Shipping Offers?

Free shipping may be available with certain offers and promotions. Free Shipping Offers apply to Standard Shipping within the United States. Your Free Shipping discount will appear on your receipt review page. Free Shipping Offers cannot be combined with other special offers.
